I just received my (2) $40 TV Converter Box coupons from Uncle Sam today. Here is a pic of the coupon card. On back the card states it is only good for eligible converter boxes. One time use, No refunds allowed and that it cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Also it is illegal to sell, duplicate or tamper with this coupon.
